1. Scope & Application

By accessing this website and/or purchasing any AlphaRise product (the "Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, you must not use this website or purchase any Product. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time, and your continued use of the website after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Product, Subscription & Billing

All products are sold as part of an ongoing subscription program and are billed on a recurring basis every 30 days until canceled by you.

2.1 Product Packages & Pricing

  • Buy 2 Get 2 (4 bottles): CA$199.80, billed every 30 days
  • Buy 1 Get 1 (2 bottles): CA$119.90, billed every 30 days
  • Single Bottle (1 bottle): CA$79.95, billed every 30 days

By selecting any package, you agree that the same package price will be automatically charged every 30 days to the payment method you provided, unless and until you cancel.

2.2 Payment Authorization

By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge your credit card or other chosen payment method for:

  • The initial purchase amount at checkout; and
  • The recurring subscription amount every 30 days, based on the package you selected.

2.3 Shipping & Delivery

Orders generally ship within 24 hours and are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as postal delays, customs, weather, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for such delays.

3. Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Window

Refunds are available for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Requests made after 60 days are not eligible for a refund.

3.2 How to Request a Refund

To be considered for a refund, you must first contact Customer Service. No refund will be processed without prior contact and an approved return authorization. You will be required to return the Product (used or unused) at your expense before a refund is issued.

3.3 Health-Related Restrictions

Persons with a medical condition, who are pregnant, or who may become pregnant should consult a physician before using this Product. Refunds will not be given solely because you become pregnant, develop a medical condition, or fail to consult with your healthcare provider prior to use.

3.4 Fees

  • All processed orders are subject to a CA$9.95 processing fee if the charge has settled.
  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee of CA$8.95 per item, provided products are returned unopened and in good condition.

4. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

4.1 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, this website, or any Product shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in the county where you reside, under its applicable rules. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute, including any issue relating to the enforceability of this arbitration provision.

4.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree that you may bring claims against us only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.

4.3 Jury Trial Waiver

By agreeing to these Terms, you expressly waive your right to a trial by jury for any dispute arising between you and us.

5. Offer, Acknowledgment & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase Products under these Terms. Our acknowledgment of your order does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs only when we process your payment and dispatch the Product. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case any prior payment will be refunded.

6. Your Representations

You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials and payment details secure.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website and/or cancel any order if you fail to pay amounts due, we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity, or you otherwise violate these Terms.

8. Delivery & Risk

Delivery will be made to the address you provide during checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address or to the carrier, depending on which occurs first. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

9. Rejection, Damage or Loss in Transit

Claims for damage, defect, or shortage must be reported to us within:

  • 5 business days of delivery for shipping damage or shortages; and
  • 30 days of delivery for product defects not caused by misuse.

Where appropriate, we may, at our discretion, replace the Product, re-ship missing items, or issue a refund.

You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to the import, export, or use of Products in your jurisdiction, including any customs duties, taxes, or other fees.

Notices may be delivered by email, postal mail, or hand delivery to the contact details you provide. Email notices are deemed received 48 hours after transmission unless we receive a notice of failed delivery.
