At Alpha Rise, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, here are the terms regarding returns and refunds.

Return Policy

Products can be returned within 180 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 180 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Alpha Rise.

Refunds

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
